Thank you so much to everyone who has emailed to take part in our Annual Food Drive<\/a>!\u00a0 We changed things up this year<\/a> and anyone could sign up for a mini session with a minimum donation of a $30 Publix gift card or 60 food items.\u00a0 People could bid more and the top three donations would win more time, products, and digital images.\u00a0 We are happy to announce the top three bids now…<\/p>\n

The highest bid and winner of a 30 minute mini session, a disc of 10-15 images, and an 8×10 is:<\/p>\n

SARA C.!\u00a0 Sara is donating 250 food items!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The next two highest bids were a tie so we are giving them both the 2nd place prize.\u00a0 Thanks to:<\/p>\n

who will both be getting a 20 minute mini session with 7 digital images!<\/p>\n

I will be contacting these three amazing people today and they will have the first choice of time slots.\u00a0 Tomorrow I’ll be in touch with everyone else who is donating.\u00a0 They will all receive a 15 minute mini session with 3 digital images and tomorrow they will be able to choose from the remaining time slots.<\/p>\n

With everyone who has signed up for a mini session and with those who have bid to give even more, we will have donations of at least 540 food items and $320 in Publix gift cards!\u00a0 We’ve had several other people who cannot make the day of mini sessions but are still donating food items and gift cards so that number will be higher by the end of our food drive!\u00a0 Thanks to everyone for your support and generosity.<\/p>\n

A few people have asked us why we chose to accept Publix gift cards this year after the issue we had last year.\u00a0 We thought a lot before making our decision but we are happy with how Publix resolved the situation last year, and many of our couponing friends have said that Publix is a better place to get good deals and more food, especially this time of year.<\/p>\n
