Today may be Super Bowl Sunday with the big football game on but we have a future baseball star on the blog! Jason was there when Melissa and James were married and photographed their son’s newborn session as well. Their little boy just turned 6 months and Jason was excited to see their family again! Aunt Amanda was there for a few “My Auntie is the Best” pictures too. Thanks for coming over, and it won’t be long until it is time to smash a cake!

Sara and Brian’s Newborn Baby Girl

We are so happy for Sara and Brian! Jason photographed their wedding two years ago and they were blessed with a beautiful baby girl just before the new year. Seeing their daughter was a bittersweet reminder of how quickly that newborn phase is over. Our 3 month old looked so huge next to their newborn! I hope these pictures capture this precious time for Sara and Brian. Congratulations on your adorable little girl! We can’t wait until we get together again!

One Month Portrait Session for Michele’s Daughter

Michele brought her baby girl over for one month pictures and some Christmas pictures too. She was such a sweet little baby! Her expressions were really cute too. The ruffly Santa bloomers Michele brought for her were adorable! Jason enjoyed meeting them and is excited to see Michele’s daughter again at her next session!

3 Month Portrait Session with Yarelis’s Son

Yarelis brought her son over for a session on the day that he turned 3 months old. She had told us that he was changing by the day and wanted to be sure to capture all the memories of his first year. It is so true that during the first year they change, grow, and reach new milestones so quickly! We hope that these pictures of Yarelis’s son at three months helps to freeze this moment in time for her and her family.

Smash the Cake Session with Dustin and Nicole’s Son

First birthdays are really special milestones. One minute you are holding a tiny fragile newborn in your arms and then they just sit up, scoot off your lap, and start running around every where! Jason photographed Nicole’s maternity session and he has tried to slow down time for Nicole and Dustin just a little this past year by capturing their son when he was a newborn and again at 6 months. Their little boy turned one just a few days before his first birthday session and Jason was happy to see their family again! Thank you to Nicole, Dustin, and their little boy for letting us be a part of your son’s first year. Happy first birthday!

Food Drive Mini Holiday Session Winners!

For our annual food drive we asked people to email bids of how many food items they would donate and the top bidders won a mini holiday session with the disc of images. We are so grateful to all of the winning couples and families who donated an incredible amount of food to make our food drive a huge success this year! We collected just over 1300 food items to be donated to our local food pantry!!

The mini holiday sessions were lots of fun. We had puppies, babies, kids, and families at a nearby park and at our home studio. The discs will be in the mail for all of the mini sessions this week! Thank you again!

1 Year Smash the Cake Session: Mark and Emily’s Daughter

Jason has photographed Mark and Emily’s daughter for her newborn session and her 6 month session. Now she is a year old! She came over for a one year session with a cake smashing and it was a great time as always. She is such a beautiful and expressive baby! We are happy that we were able to capture her growing from a tiny baby to a walking toddler during her first year. Happy First Birthday to Mark and Emily’s daughter!

Newborn Portrait Session: Chelsea, Anthony, and Their Two Boys

Jason first met Chelsea during a day of Splash Sessions at the beach. She was pregnant with her first son then and Jason was able to photograph his newborn session less than a month later. He is almost a year and a half now and just became a big brother! Chelsea and Anthony welcomed a second son into their family and Jason was happy to meet the new baby and photograph his newborn session as well. He looks a lot like his big brother did when he was just born! Congratulations to Chelsea, Anthony, and big brother. Thanks for having us capture these wonderful memories!

Twin Newborn Session: Erika and Shane’s Boy and Girl

Jason has photographed Erika and Shane’s engagement session, wedding, and maternity session and now he was able to meet their babies for a newborn session! Their little boy and girl are such good babies. Jason said they slept through the whole session even as he moved them around! Newborn Baby Girl and Her Big Sister: Kevin and Samantha’s Daughters

Jason photographed Kevin and Samantha’s daughter when she was just one month old and again when she turned one year. Now their daughter is a big sister! Kevin and Samantha welcomed another beautiful little girl into their family they came over for a session when she was one week old. The two sisters were so cute together and I loved their matching hair accessories. Congratulations to their family on the new addition! We look forward to the next session!
