Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Lisa and Adam

Lisa and Adam had an engagement session which was both fun and beautiful, so it was no surprise that their wedding was the same.  They were married at The Rusty Pelican in Tampa.  Lisa wore bright blue shoes with a blue crinoline which looked awesome!  The pink and blue wedding colors came together in the flowers, the attire, and the cake.  Dad had a terrific time celebrating with Lisa and Adam and some of their amazing guests (hi Nicole and Mike!)  Thanks for including dad in your wedding day!

Rusty Pelican Wedding: Katie and Colin

When dad photographed Katie and Colin’s engagement session last fall he thought their dog was so cute.  Dad was excited to see that some pictures of Bentley at the session were made into cufflinks for the wedding day!

Katie and Colin put together a fantastic team of vendors for their wedding day.  Darla Stafford is so talented and super nice.  She was there for hair and makeup.  Chad Whelan is a wonderful videographer and dad has lots of fun working with him.  Reverend Tom Greene officiated over the ceremony and Rob Sword of Sword Sounds rocked out as the DJ for the reception.  Debbie of The Bride’s Bouquet did the flowers and Chantilly Cakes made the yummy wedding cake.  Dad enjoyed working with everyone.

Mom loved the bright pink flowers and especially the mini crystal chandeliers used in the centerpieces.  The reception room looked beautiful!  Thanks so much to Katie and Colin for having dad as part of your wedding day.  Congratulations you two!

Rusty Pelican Wedding: Michelle and Bryan

Michelle and Bryan had a beautiful bright spring wedding at the Rusty Pelican in Tampa.  Their florist, La Vie en Rose, used oranges, yellows, reds, and purples to make their day colorful and fun.  Felix the DJ brought pink uplighting to the reception which added to the colorful day and guests were treated to a view of the pretty orange sunset through the reception room’s windows.  The couple had Rabbi Baseman as the officiant and dad always enjoys his cheerfulness.  Cakes by Nomeda made the wedding cake which was decorated with silver dots and topped by big blooming flowers.  Moms favorite detail was the red flowers inside of glass ornaments which hung from trees strung with crystals and more bright flowers.  Everything came together wonderfully!

Congratulations Michelle and Bryan!  We hope your married life is just like your wedding day, bright, beautiful, and fun!

Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Nicole and Eli

Nicole and Eli are just an awesome couple.  Dad photographed their engagement session last summer and had a great time with them.  He knew their wedding was going to rock!  Dad joined Nicole and Eli for their wedding at the Rusty Pelican.  Though the weather was a bit gray that day, Nicole and Eli were all smiles.  They had a terrific team of vendors including John Melchinger from A Perfect Witness as the officiant, Irene of For Better For Less for their beautiful flowers, Chad Whelan for videography, DJ Frank Lebano to get everyone dancing, and Chantilly Cakes for the wedding cake.  Nicole and Eli’s wedding colors were yellow and blue.  The flowers they used mostly yellow roses with blue hydrangea with accents of white stephanotis for the bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutonniere.  They also had blue candy for their candy table which went great with their blue and white cake.  The photo booth there was a big hit with the guests, and with dad and Chad!

The newlyweds went to Italy for their honeymoon.  We hope they built many fantastic memories on their trip to start off their life together.  Nicole and Eli, you two are wonderful and we are so happy for you!

Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Cheryl and Eric

We were so excited for Cheryl and Eric’s wedding!  They are friends with several other couples whose weddings dad has photographed so we knew not only would they be awesome, but their wedding would be lots of fun too!  They were married at the Rusty Pelican and dad enjoyed seeing Janida again.  Carmen’s Flowers was the florist, Digital Wave was the videographer, Absolute Entertainment was the DJ, and Chantilly Cakes made the couple’s wedding cake.

Cheryl and Eric are wonderful together and their family and friends were excited to be there to see them become husband and wife.  They are so in love!  Dad had a great time at the wedding and it was terrific to see Courtney and Adam again too!  Congratulations Cheryl and Eric, and we hope your honeymoon cruise was a blast!
