Wedding at East Lake Woodlands Country Club: Hilary and Derek

Jason photographed Hilary and Derek’s engagement session and they were such a pretty couple that Jason knew they would look amazing on their wedding day!  They were married at the East Lake Woodlands Country Club.  The talented Cari of Kylelynn Weddings was there for Hilary’s hair.  The wedding had a fall theme with many of the flowers from Events in Bloom in shades of orange.  The officiant was Pastor Dean Ryder and at the reception the DJ was Frank Lebano and the cake was made by Sweet Caroline’s Bakery.

Thanks to Hilary and Derek for having Jason share in the celebration of you starting your lives together!  Congratulations to the happy couple and many blessings for a wonderful life as husband and wife!

A La Carte Pavilion Wedding: Michelle and Kyle

Michelle and Kyle were so sweet with each other at their engagement session so dad knew their wedding day would be filled with emotion and love.  Michelle got ready at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza and had her hair and makeup done by the Michele Renee Hair and Makeup Artist Group.  The ceremony and reception was held at the A La Carte Pavilion.  It was a beautiful ceremony officiated by Pastor Dean Ryder.  Dad said you could tell that Michelle and Kyle barely noticed anything but each other as they exchanged their vows and became husband and wife.  The flowers were from Bloomsters Floral and DJ Boone from Boone’s Professional DJ Service had the guests dancing at the reception.  Well, the DJ and the bottle of Goldschlager had everyone dancing!

Congratulations Michelle and Kyle, and thanks for having dad as part of your wedding day!

Clearwater Beach Wedding: Sommer and Kyle

Sommer and Kyle had their rehearsal dinner at Crabby Bill’s Seafood.  They had dad there to capture all the fun of family and friends getting together with anticipation for the next day.  It was a fun night with dinner, a slide show, toasts, and guests enjoying games of Gators bean bag toss.

The wedding the next day was at the Clearwater Beach Recreation Center.  Shawna with Flawless Occasions was the couple’s coordinator and she is a blast to work with.  Dad also got to see the talented and kind Darla Stafford who was there for hair and makeup.  Dana Dineen put together the beautiful flowers and the officiant at the ceremony was Pastor Dean Ryder.  For the reception, lighting and drapery was done by Weddings Done Bright and the room looked pretty with the pink uplighting and gobo light of the couple’s names on the dance floor.  Sommer and Kyle had a terrific team of vendors which continued with Wayne DeLair of DeLair Entertainment as the DJ.  Delectables was the caterer and the Island Way Publix made the couple’s cake.

Sommer and Kyle are an awesome couple and dad loved spending their wedding weekend with them!  Thanks Sommer and Kyle for being so wonderful!  The newlyweds are heading off to Mexico for their honeymoon.  Have fun!

Lauren and Glenn’s Wedding at the Mirror Lake Lyceum

On Saturday Lauren and Glenn were married at the Mirror Lake Lyceum.  They had a terrific team of vendors.  Stacy of Meant to be Wed was the coordinator, the talented Darla Stafford was there for hair and makeup, Pastor Dean Ryder was the officiant, Dana Dineen was the florist, and RJ Vida of Advance Entertainment Productions helped make the reception a lot of fun.

Lauren first got in touch with dad 2 1/2 years ago as she started her planning.  Dad was excited when her wedding day finally arrived!  He met her that morning as she was getting ready.  The couple has an absolutely adorable daughter and dad said she was awesome.

The pink uplighting at the reception looked great with the pink flower petals scattered on all the tables.  Candlelight and lit centerpieces gave the room a pretty atmosphere as well.  Towards the end of the reception, Lauren changed into a cute shorter dress to party!

Congratulations to Lauren and Glenn, and we wish you and your daughter lots of happiness in your lives together!  Thanks for having dad there to share your day!

Kristin and Dave

Dad joined Kristin and Dave last Saturday for their wedding at the Grand Plaza in St Pete. The Grand Plaza staff always does a great job of making sure events are fun and relaxed.  Dad enjoys photographing weddings there.

The weather was beautiful for the couple’s beach ceremony.  Pastor Dean Ryder was the officiant.  Weddings on the beach always have on-lookers and mom loved the image of Kristin and her dad sharing a moment in the midst of the crowd.

After the ceremony the couple walked down the beach for pictures.  After the family and wedding party images, dad was able to photograph the newlyweds in the warm sun glow and then with the moon in the sky!

Doug Decker from Grant Hemond was the DJ.  Mom liked how the adults in the first dance picture were looking on and smiling and the kids were yawning or looking bored:).

Dave had a unique and really cool wedding ring. He loves to fish and the band had different fish all around it.  What a great idea!  Dad said he wants a wedding band with snowboards and cameras around it.
