Wedding at the Clubhouse at Mediterra in Naples: Megan and Ross

Last spring dad photographed Megan and Ross’s engagement session at a mini golf course. They had such a great time and dad couldn’t wait to see them again for their big day! The wedding was in Naples at The Clubhouse at Mediterra. Megan had her hair and makeup done by Nancy and Michelle of the x Nancy Joseph Makeup Artistry. Dad was happy to be working with Trinity Wedding Video who was there as the videographer. The flowers were done by Westcoast Design Center and they were gorgeous. At the ceremony the couple had Seaside Strings for music and Rev. Les Wicker as the officiant. The reception music was played by a DJ from The Entertainment Source and the gorgeous cake and cupcake display was done by Kakes by Karen.

The wedding colors were pink, white, and silver and everything came together wonderfully. Megan looked amazing in her dress! It had romantic lace embellishments with a silver ribbon around the waist decorated with pearls and silver accents. Ross and the groomsmen wore gray suits with pink ties and the bridesmaids all wore a bright shade of pink. At the reception the linens were pink pintuck tablecloths with silver chairs around the tables. The pink table numbers were in silver frames and the centerpieces were in either silver bowls or tall silver vases. It was a beautiful spring wedding for a terrific couple. Congratulations Megan and Ross!

Wedding in Naples, Florida: Melissa and Walt

Melissa and Walt were married in a romantic and intimate ceremony in Naples, Florida. Melissa was an absolutely gorgeous bride! Mom loved her gown and it looked perfect for Melissa. Their closest friends and family watched with emotion as Melissa and Walt began their lives together as husband and wife. Dad really enjoyed being able to be there for their wedding day as well. They are a wonderful couple and terrific people.

The couple had Floral Encores for their wedding flowers. Paige of the Hilton Naples helped coordinate the couple’s day and the ceremony which was near the beach.

Congratulations Melissa and Walt! Dad was honored to be part of your wedding. We wish you a lifetime of happiness together!

Wedding in Naples: Tara and Christopher

With the chaos of the holidays and our vacation coming up, we are blogging a bit out of order right now. We know everyone is really excited to see their images and we are working really hard!

Tara and Christopher are really fantastic people. Dad said they were genuine and kind and lots of fun to be around. Everything about their wedding reflected that. They were married at Tara’s parents’ house in Naples. Dad loved the trees and greenery of the location and it made for great lighting during the ceremony! The couple had Courtney of Dream Weavers as their coordinator. The other wedding vendors included flowers from Something Blue, catering by Dinners by Design, the wedding cake from Mikkelsons Pastry, and Sunset Entertainment as the DJ.

The deep purple that the couple used as their wedding color looked amazing on all of the bridesmaids! They wore different styles of dresses in the same color and carried bouquets which included orange flowers which was used as an accent color for the wedding. During the ceremony the couple included a hand binding ceremony. This is a wonderful alternative to the more traditional unity candles and sand ceremonies.

There were lots of smiles and lots of kissing all day as Tara and Christopher, surrounded by family and friends, celebrated the love they have for one another. It is a special moment to be there as two people who are so deeply in love join their lives together as one and look forward to all the future holds for them. Tara and Christopher, you two are awesome people and dad was so happy that he got to be a part of your wedding day. Thanks to you both, and congratulations!

Wedding at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort: Leslie and Jamie

Dad was in Naples for Leslie and Jamie’s beautiful beach wedding. The couple live in California and dad had photographed their beach engagement session when they came to Florida in December. Leslie and Jamie had a wedding coordinator from California to help them plan their wedding day. Kelly from A Savvy Event was the coordinator and dad enjoyed working with her. The team of vendors for this wedding was awesome!! The wedding was held at the beautiful LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Leslie and Jamie had Ian from Movie Magic Productions as their videographer. Dad loves working with him, and with Rob Sword who was the officiant and DJ. Stephanie from Fishhawk Florist did the flowers, Jamie Lyn Cintron was there for hair and makeup, and Ella’s Cakes made the wedding cupcakes.

The pinks and greens of this wedding along with the beach details like starfish and sand dollars all looked so pretty together. It was a great Florida summer wedding and though the weather started out looking threatening it didn’t disrupt the day at all. Congratulations newlyweds, and thanks for having dad share in your special day! He had a great time with you!

Monica and Michael’s Naples Wedding

On Saturday dad was in Naples for the wedding of Monica and Michael. They had booked with us a year ago and dad had talked to the bride’s mom, the bride, and the groom during the planning for the big day. Everyone had been great so dad knew the day was going to be wonderful.

Kelly with No Worries Weddings and Event Management was the couple’s wedding planner and was terrific with keeping things organized and stress-free for the couple. The ceremony took place at the Naples United Church of Christ which had gorgeous chandeliers as well as a pipe organ. The reception was at Vineyards Country Club and dad said it was beautiful as well. It was dad’s second weekend in a row working with Ian of Movie Magic Productions and dad enjoyed seeing him again. The florist was Botanicals on the Gulf and the reception had linens from Connie Duglin. Kakes by Karen made the cake which had pretty bows and flowers to decorate it. The reception music was from Fifth Avenue Music. Dad said they were a fantastic band and the guests all enjoyed the live music as well.

Monica and Michael are such an awesome couple. Dad couldn’t stop talking about how incredibly nice they both were! We are so happy for them and wish them happiness and love throughout their marriage. Thanks to you both and have fun in Mexico! Be sure to stay in touch!
