Wedding at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center: Natalie and Ernesto

Natalie and Tito had a beautiful wedding at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center.  Natalie had her hair and makeup done by Elysium Beauty Salon.  She looked gorgeous in her gown and her mantilla veil.  I love tradition and heirlooms and Natalie’s veil was very special.  Not only did she make it herself, but she did so using the tulle from her mother’s veil!  What a wonderful “something old” to wear, and one day maybe pass on to her own daughter!

Jason always has a great time working with Ian of Movie Magic Productions who was the videographer.  The flowers were from Arlene Floral and Event Design and at the reception the DJ was from First Class DJ Services.

Before the ceremony, Natalie and Tito had a special moment where they stood on either side of a pillar, unable to see each other, and exchanged books they had filled out with messages to one another.  The ceremony was decorated with a draped fabric ceiling gathered at a chandelier, tall pillars of flowers on the stage, and two circles of hanging crystals on either side of where the bride and groom would stand.  The reception was elegant and fun as well with yin and yang drinks, zombie figurines, and Tito reaching under Natalie’s gown for the garter removal and finding a baby!  How funny!

Congratulations to the happy couple, and thank you for having Jason there to share in such a special celebration.

Wedding at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion and the Whitehall Room and Patio: Kelsey and Michael

Congratulations to Kelsey and Michael on their beautiful Disney wedding!  After a first sight and pictures around the Grand Floridian and the Beach Club Resort, the bride and groom exchanged their vows at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion.  It was so cute to see the ring bearer come down the aisle holding a teddy bear and sucking his thumb!  Put him in some footed pjs and he could have been the youngest son in Peter Pan and matched the Disney theme of the day!  The reception was held in the Whitehall Room and Patio at the Grand Floridian.  Mickey and Minnie made an appearance and were lots of fun on the dance floor!  Jason was happy to be there to share in the celebration.

Kelsey and Michael had the awesome Ian of Movie Magic Productions as the videographer for their day.  Vita was the wedding coordinator from Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings.  Beaute Speciale was there for hair and makeup that morning.  The florist was Laura Kidd from Disney and the officiant was Rev. Tim Herring.  Thanks to a great team of vendors!

After their wedding, the bride and groom stayed at Disney for their honeymoon.  We hope that they had a magical time!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Ashley and Mathew

Jason thought Ashley and Mat were a terrific when he photographed their engagement session.  He knew their wedding day was going to be a blast!  They came down from Georgia for a beach wedding at the always wonderful Grand Plaza Beachfront Resort.  Ashley was a gorgeous bride.  She had her hair and makeup done by Destiny & Light.  There were so many pretty orchids used in all the floral arrangements!  Marsha Marie Flowers was the florist and did a great job.  Jason always loves working with Ian of Movie Magic Productions and he was the couple’s videographer.  Reverend Tom Greene was the officiant at the ceremony.  I love the little boy carrying a “Here Comes the Bride” sign before the bride’s processional and then flipping it around to say “And They Lived Happily Ever After” for the recessional!  The reception was an awesome party and Eric of Grant Hemond kept the dance floor packed.  The three tiered wedding cake was beautifully decorated with flowers by Cakes by Carolynn.  Ashley and Mat had an amazing team of vendors!

The wedding was both elegant and laid-back at the same time.  The decor looked perfect and the details came together to make everything look stunning, but what really made the day special was Ashley, Mat, and their family and friends.  Jason had lots of fun and said there were some hilarious moments from the day!  Congratulations to the newlyweds, and we hope the beauty and joy of your wedding day grow throughout your married life together!

Wedding at the Florida Aquarium: Kimberly and Jimmy

Kim and Jimmy, otherwise known as Jimberly, had their wedding at the The Florida Aquarium.  It is a terrific venue to have a wedding that reflects Florida without having a beach wedding.  Before going to the aquarium, Kim had her hair and makeup done at ManTrap.  The couple had Ian of Movie Magic Productions as the videographer and he is wonderful to work with and does a great job.  Flowers were done by Lorilarson Flowers.  Rob Sword of Sword Sounds was the officiant and the DJ.  Jason always enjoys working with Rob and he is terrific at what he does.  The wedding cake was from Publix on Bayshore.

Jason had a blast at this wedding!  Kim and Jimmy are an awesome couple and so fun to be around.  Many of their guests were people dad knew from past and upcoming weddings, including Sarah and Rob and their adorable son.  The details Kim and Jimmy chose were perfect for an aquarium wedding.  Kim carried a bouquet that was filled with bling!  The flowers were all crystals and the base was wrapped in white and blue ribbon.  Kim’s shoes were glittery with lots of crystals as well.  All of the rhinestones looked like the reflection of light on water which was beautiful at an aquarium wedding!  The bridesmaids wore gowns in a gorgeous blue color to go with the water theme as well.

Congratulations Kim and Jimmy!  We are so happy that we were able to be part of your wedding day and we hope you keep in touch!

Wedding at Sacred Heart and the Rusty Pelican: Nicole and David

Nicole and David were married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with their reception following at the Rusty Pelican.  The couple had a wonderful team of vendors including Darla Stafford for hair and makeup, Ian of Movie Magic Productions for videography, Irene of For Better For Less as the florist, a cake from Chantilly Cakes, and Ben from Grant Hemond as the DJ.  After their ceremony and pictures in the church, the bride and groom and their wedding party went to downtown Tampa for some pictures before joining their reception.  Jason had a great time at the wedding and said the day went wonderfully.  Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thanks for having us there to capture your wedding day memories!
