Wedding at Sacred Heart and the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel: Laura and Bradley

Laura and Brad’s engagement session was awesome!  Jason had so much fun with them and could not wait for their wedding day!  He was happy to see that the engagement pictures were framed and used as table numbers at the reception:).  The wedding day was filled with lots of great details.  Alexis of 2Birds Events was the wedding planner and she did a wonderful job putting the details of the day together and making sure it all ran smoothly.  2Birds Events also did the flowers which were so pretty!  The ceremony was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the reception followed at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk.  The DJ was from SG Mobile DJ and Mikey’s Cafe and Bakery made the wedding cake.

Laura looked amazing and I am so in love with her gown!  It was a Justin Alexander lace gown with a sheer back.  It looked like it was made just for Laura!  The wedding day was filled with beautiful fall colors and some vintage accents including an old suitcase used for cards.  Laura and Brad’s guests loved the smores bar where they could roast their own marshmallows!  The props from Tampa Bay Photo Booths were a hit too.  The night ended with a sparkler send off and then the bride and groom leaving in a water taxi.  What a beautiful day for a wonderful couple!  Congratulations Laura and Brad!

Wedding at the Sirata: Lucy and Michael

Lucy and Mike were married at the Sirata in a ceremony on the deck overlooking the beach.  The couple had a first look before the ceremony and then did wedding party and family pictures as well.  They had many Jewish traditions as part of their wedding day, including the signing of the Ketubah just before the ceremony began.  After the ceremony ended Jason got a few more pictures of the bride and groom together, ending with sunset on the beach.  The reception was decorated with linens in deep blue and white flowers.  The wedding colors were dark blue and white with some accents of apple green.  There were even green apples as the seating assignments to really bring the accent color out!  Lucy wore blue shoes and Mike also matched the wedding colors with his blue and green striped bowtie.  I love bowties at weddings!  Flowers were from The Bride’s Bouquet and included lots of baby’s breath bunches which look gorgeous in arrangements.  Sword Sounds was at the reception to get the guests dancing.  There was a photo booth with lots of fun props from Tampa Bay Photo Booths.  Beer koozie favors became props and wrist bands too as Lucy and Mike’s guests let loose and enjoyed the party!  The wedding cake was from Publix.

Congratulations to Lucy and Mike! Salute and Mazel Tov!

Wedding at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church and the Tampa Marriott Hotel

Jason enjoyed hanging out with Lauren and Nate at their engagement session and was thrilled to join them again on their wedding day!  The ceremony was held at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church with a reception following at the Tampa Marriott Hotel and Marina.  It was wonderful working with Barb of Artistry Design Group who was the planner and provided the beautiful flowers for the day.  Other vendors included Keepsake Video for videography, music from Jonathan Cortez, a wedding cake from Cakes Plus, and fun at the photo booth from Foto Box.

Lauren looked amazing in her ballgown with floral appliques.  The reception tables were decorated with tall floral centerpieces which had dangling crystal strands.  There were gold linens and menus were printed on intricate stationary.  The entire wedding day looked gorgeous and elegant, but everyone let loose and had a blast!  Guests danced and enjoyed the cigar bar at the reception.  Jason knew the reception would be a great time when a groomsmen “made it rain” for his introduction!  Lauren and Nate entertained guests with their first dance as well.  Jason had so much fun and said everyone at the wedding was awesome!  He loved being there to share in the celebration.  Thank you so much Lauren and Nate!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Alayna and Jonathan

Alayna and Jonathan had their beach wedding at the Grand Plaza Beachfront Resort.  Jason always loves weddings there and was happy to be working with Cherish again!  The couple carried the beach theme throughout the wedding with shell and starfish details.  The wedding colors were orange and pink with a sea blue.  Using those colors together was a great way to keep things bright and fun while still creating a beach feel with the blue water color.  Flowers were from Beach Bloomz and included orchids, gerber daisies, and roses.  Reverend Tom Greene was the officiant and the DJ at the reception was from Expert Productions.  The reception had lots of goodies for guests with a sweet tooth!  Not only was there the wedding cake by Cakes by Carolynn but there was also a dessert table with so many treats!

Thank you to Alayna and Jonathan for having Jason there to capture memories of your day.  We hope the pictures bring back warm, happy beach memories during your winter in Wisconsin!  (Though we are jealous of the snow you’ll get to play in!)  Congratulations newlyweds!

Wedding at the Wentworth Golf Club and Crescent Oaks Country Club: Stefanie and Scott

After a wonderful engagement session with Stefanie and Scott in May, Jason was happy to join them again to celebrate their wedding day!  Their ceremony was held at the Wentworth Golf Club in an indoor ceremony.  Beautiful sunlight shone through the windows onto the bride and groom as they exchanged their vows and became husband and wife.  The reception was held at Crescent Oaks Country Club with Jacob of Music on the Move as the DJ.  Stefanie and Scott’s wedding color was purple.  The bridesmaids wore purple, Stefanie’s shoes were purple, the uplighting at the reception was purple, and there was lots of purple used in the flowers put together by FH Weddings and Events.  The four-tiered wedding cake by A Piece of Cake also had purple ribbons around each tier.  It was a terrific wedding and Jason was happy to share in such a special day for Stefanie and Scott.  Many blessings to the newlyweds!
