Wedding at Sacred Heart Church and The Tampa Club: Lauren and Micah

Lauren and Micah were married at Sacred Heart Church and celebrated their reception at the The Tampa Club.  Dad always looks forward to seeing Darla and Julie of Darla Stafford Hair and Makeup and they were there to help the girls get ready.  The wonderful Ian of Movie Magic Productions was also there as the videographer.  The wedding colors were purple and green and Events in Bloom used the colors in the beautiful bouquets and centerpieces.  The cake by Let Them Eat Cake not only had flowers on top but it was decorated by purple butterflies and green leaves.  Next to the cake was a framed sign showing the guests the flavors of each cake layer.  The sign, the pretty monograms on the vases, and other stationary items were done by the bride’s sister, Krista Graphic Design.

Lauren, Micah, and their wedding party went to the downtown streets for pictures and dad had fun walking around taking pictures with them.  We are all so jealous of Lauren and Micah spending their honeymoon in Breckenridge!  We took a family vacation there a few years ago and absolutely loved it.  Fall is sure to be gorgeous there!  Congratulations Lauren and Micah!

Wedding at the Davis Islands Garden Club: Amanda and Christopher

Amanda and Chris had their engagement session just one week before their wedding.  They were so excited for their big day to arrive and dad was happy to be there to share it with them.  They were married at the Davis Islands Garden Club.  This was dad’s third wedding in a row there yet every wedding was unique to that couple.  It is beautiful to see how every couple makes their day their own.

Dad met up with Amanda that morning as she was getting ready and was excited to see one of his past brides!  Savannah (springrrlie@aol.com) was there to do Amanda’s hair and dad got to catch up with her a bit.  Amanda also had the wonderful Julie Robbins of DS Make-up there for makeup.  Rob Sword of Sword Sounds was the officiant and then rocked it out as the DJ for the reception.  The bouquets were made by Thai-Rific Orchids and Chef Michael of Let Them Eat Cake made the cake.

Amanda and Chris were lots of fun and full of smiles.  We hope that happiness they share together grows through the years.  Congratulations newlyweds!
