Wedding at the Sirata: Tanya and Jon

Tanya and Jon came from Canada to have a summer wedding on a Florida beach.  Their wedding was held at the Sirata Beach Resort.  Irene from For Better For Less does a wonderful job with flowers and she was the florist for the wedding.  Amanda of Pink Fiddle played the violin at the ceremony.  At the reception the DJ was from Grant Hemond and the cake was from Publix.

Tanya and Jon had their First Sight before the ceremony and then met their family and wedding party on the beach for pictures.  They joined their guests at the reception right after the ceremony and then stepped out for a few minutes at sunset for more bride and groom pictures.

Congratulations to Tanya and Jon and thanks for having dad there to capture your day!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Erika and Shane

Another beautiful beach wedding at the Grand Plaza Beach Resort!  Erika and Shane were married at the end of October and dad was there to photograph their wedding.  Dad also photographed their engagement session this past summer.  Erika and Shane had the talented Irene of For Better For Less put together the flowers.  Cari from KyleLynn Weddings is always great to work with and she was there for Erika’s hair and makeup.  Expert Productions was there as the videographer and DJ.  Le Cheesecake put together an awesome poker themed groom’s cake and a wedding cake with star fish and seashells.  Guests loved having a cigar roller from Serafin de Cuba at the reception.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Hawaii!  We hope they had a fantastic time.  Thanks to Erika and Shane for having us there as a part of your big day!

Wedding at the Sirata: Sarah and Casey

“Now pour the rum and show me that horizon!”  Sarah and Casey were married in front of the ocean at the Sirata Beach Resort.  A wedding by the water was perfect for celebrating a pirate love!  The couple had Irene of For Better For Less create the floral arrangements which included lots of bright pink.  Kendal Lucas of Lucas Productions was the DJ and Cakes by Carolynn made the wedding cake.

Sarah wore her hair in soft loose curls held back by a rhinestone headband.  Her gown looked perfect for her and had beautiful embellishments which continued down onto the lace layer ending in scalloped edging at the train.  She was a gorgeous bride!  The dance floor at the reception was packed and all the guests had a fun time.

Congratulations Sarah and Casey!  Dad had a blast celebrating your day with you!

Rusty Pelican Wedding: Kathryn and David

Kathryn and David had their engagement session with dad in Ybor over a year ago so dad was really excited when their wedding day finally arrived.  They were married at the Rusty Pelican in Tampa.  After getting her hair and makeup done at Salon Blu, Kathryn put on her beautiful gown which she got from Athena’s Bridal Boutique and then had some time for pictures with her bridesmaids.  They all wore blue dresses but carried bouquets of different colors.  Irene of For Better For Less put together all the arrangements of colorful flowers.

The bride and groom couldn’t stop smiling at each other throughout the ceremony and their joy showed on their faces.  At the reception Frank Lebano did a great job as the DJ and the cake was made by A Piece of Cake.

Congratulations to Kathryn and David!  You are a terrific couple and it was wonderful for dad to be there to share in the happiness of your day.

Wedding at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort: Amy and Paul

Amy and Paul’s beach wedding at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort was lots of fun!  From the bride’s Steve Madden jelly shoes to the groom’s surf board to the impromptu game of musical chairs at the reception to the skateboarders during the bride and groom pictures, it was a blast!  Irene of For Better For Less was the florist, Doug Decker from Grant Hemond kept the crowd going as the DJ, and Chantilly Cakes made the wedding cake.  It was an awesome day for an awesome couple!  Dad says he wants Paul to send a picture of his office once he hangs the Pennywise surf board in it.  He saw it and bought it on his wedding day!  Mom thinks they should have gone out in the water and surfed with it.  They could have dried off with their cute personalized wedding towels!  Congratulations Amy and Paul!
