Wedding at the Sandpearl: Dara and Joseph

Dara and Joseph were married on the beach a the Sandpearl Resort.  They had their engagement session with dad a little over a month ago and dad was happy to see them again.  They incorporated many Jewish traditions into their ceremony including signing the ketubah before the ceremony, having the groomsmen carry the chuppah to the ceremony site, the wine ceremony, and the breaking of the glass.  Dara and Joseph’s signature drink was served during cocktail hour and it looked so yummy!  The colors of the drink almost matched the beautiful colors of the sunset that night.  The reception room was decorated with white linens and chair covers from BBJ Linen.  The long main table had rows of tall candles and votives in glass holders and the outer tables gave just a splash of color to the room with the floral centerpieces from KaBloom in Tampa.  The candles throughout the room created a warm romantic glow.  The DJ was Landon Wainwright and the cake was made by Chantilly Cakes.  At the end of the reception, dad took Dara and Joseph outside for a few more bride and groom pictures at night.  People passing by stopped to congratulate them and shake Joseph’s hand.

We hope you are having a fabulous time in Hawaii!  Congratulations Dara and Joseph!

One of the groomsmen took a video of the ceremony, including what he saw as he was walking down the aisle!  Mom thought that was funny.

Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Nicole and Eli

Nicole and Eli are just an awesome couple.  Dad photographed their engagement session last summer and had a great time with them.  He knew their wedding was going to rock!  Dad joined Nicole and Eli for their wedding at the Rusty Pelican.  Though the weather was a bit gray that day, Nicole and Eli were all smiles.  They had a terrific team of vendors including John Melchinger from A Perfect Witness as the officiant, Irene of For Better For Less for their beautiful flowers, Chad Whelan for videography, DJ Frank Lebano to get everyone dancing, and Chantilly Cakes for the wedding cake.  Nicole and Eli’s wedding colors were yellow and blue.  The flowers they used mostly yellow roses with blue hydrangea with accents of white stephanotis for the bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutonniere.  They also had blue candy for their candy table which went great with their blue and white cake.  The photo booth there was a big hit with the guests, and with dad and Chad!

The newlyweds went to Italy for their honeymoon.  We hope they built many fantastic memories on their trip to start off their life together.  Nicole and Eli, you two are wonderful and we are so happy for you!

Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Cheryl and Eric

We were so excited for Cheryl and Eric’s wedding!  They are friends with several other couples whose weddings dad has photographed so we knew not only would they be awesome, but their wedding would be lots of fun too!  They were married at the Rusty Pelican and dad enjoyed seeing Janida again.  Carmen’s Flowers was the florist, Digital Wave was the videographer, Absolute Entertainment was the DJ, and Chantilly Cakes made the couple’s wedding cake.

Cheryl and Eric are wonderful together and their family and friends were excited to be there to see them become husband and wife.  They are so in love!  Dad had a great time at the wedding and it was terrific to see Courtney and Adam again too!  Congratulations Cheryl and Eric, and we hope your honeymoon cruise was a blast!

Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Corinne and Rick

Two weeks ago Corinne and Rick were married at the Rusty Pelican in Tampa.  Dad has enjoyed working with Janida there!  Julissa from Beauty Brought Out did Corinne’s hair and makeup.  The couple had the wonderful Rob Sword of Sword Sounds as their officiant and their DJ.  Stephanie of FishHawk Weddings was the florist and Chantilly Cakes made the wedding cake.  Corinne and Rick used bright pink to pop against black as their wedding colors.  It came together wonderfully!  Congratulations Corinne and Rick!

Wedding at the Mirror Lake Lyceum: Breanna and Christopher

Breanna and Chris were married in St. Petersburg at the Mirror Lake Lyceum.  Deborah from A Florida Wedding Ceremony was the officiant and Hearts Video was there as the videographer.  The talented Irene of For Better For Less was the couple’s florist and put together beautiful white and green arrangements to match the wedding colors of black and white with green accents.  The cake by Chantilly Cakes went perfectly with the theme too and even matched the swirls on the linens.  Congratulations Breanna and Chris!  We hope your honeymoon in Mexico is awesome!
