Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Katie and Matt

Katie and Matt told Jason that they love a good party. Their wedding day was a great time! They were married at the Grand Plaza which is a terrific place for weddings. It is a beautiful venue on the beach and the people there are amazing to work with. Katie got ready at the Grand Plaza with Hair and Makeup by Michele Galletto. The flowers from Marsha Marie Floral were blue, purple, and green. Their ceremony was on the beach with a friend as the officiant. During the ceremony Katie and Matt toasted their new marriage with a Guinness! The reception was the party that Katie and Matt wanted it to be. Personalized koozies were at each guest’s seat as their favor. The dance floor was busy all night. Katie and Matt’s wedding cake was made by Cakes by Carolynn and the red velvet seemed like a big hit!

Katie and Matt honeymooned in Belize. We hope it was a fantastic trip! Congratulations to the bride and groom on having a wedding that was the celebration they were hoping it would be!

Wedding at the Sirata: Charity and Jason

We are so happy for Charity and Jason! They are terrific people and we were excited to be part of their wedding day at the Sirata. Their wedding colors were purple and green with flowers from Delma’s, the Flower Booth. Charity’s bouquet had some feathers added in which was a pretty touch. Charity started her day early in the morning with Lili’s Weddings for hair and makeup. The ceremony was on the deck facing the beach and Rabbi Baseman was the officiant. It was a beautiful Jewish ceremony made even more special by including the couple’s two boys. At the reception there were linens from Connie Duglin and the wedding cake was from All About Sweets.

It was a fun and happy day for an awesome family. Jason loved being there to share it with the couple and all of their guests. Congratulations to the newlyweds and we hope to see your family again for biking or a play date!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Alyssa and Jared

Alyssa and Jared had their engagement session with Jason they came to town for a wedding planning trip. Jason was happy to join them for their wedding day at the always fantastic Grand Plaza Beachfront Resort. Alyssa had her hair and makeup done by Cari of KyleLynn Weddings. The flowers were from Flowers by Design, the officiant was Rev. Tom Greene, and the wedding cake was made by Cakes by Carolynn.

Jared started his day playing a game of beach volleyball with the guys while Alyssa had the football game on as she got dressed and ready. It was the Conference Championships so the couple had the game on for their guests at the reception as well. Jason said it was great to see everyone having fun! The colors were black and white wedding but the best colors of the day were in the sky during sunset. It was gorgeous for Alyssa and Jared’s bride and groom pictures on the beach!

Wedding at Casa Ybel: Amanda and Ohm

Jason was happy to share in Amanda and Ohm’s special day at the Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island. They came from Colorado to enjoy a ceremony on the beach. After the ceremony was an intimate dinner with their close family and friends. The couple had Suzi of Special Florida Weddings officiate the wedding and Steve Farst was there to play music during the ceremony as well.

Amanda and Ohm are a terrific couple and their wedding was a great time. It seemed to reflect the two of them wonderfully! Thanks to the newlyweds for having us on your wedding team and we hope you enjoyed your time in Florida!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Jodi and Greg

In Florida you can have a beach wedding in December and the weather is still beautiful! Jodi and Greg were married at the beautiful Grand Plaza. Their ceremony was on the beach with Reverend Tom Greene as the officiant. Heather of Rose Garden Florist was the florist and the beach theme continued with the wedding cake made by Cakes by Carolynn.

Every time Jodi and Greg looked at each other you could see how in love they are. They had the happiest smiles all day and they enjoyed every moment of their wedding. Jason loved being there to share in the celebration. Congratulations Jodi and Greg! We hope the happiness from your wedding day grows throughout your marriage!
