Tara’s Senior Session

Jason had a blast with Tara at her senior session! They walked around exploring different areas for pictures and Tara was all smiles despite how incredibly hot it was that afternoon. As the session was ending Tara went into the fountains for some pictures. It was way too hot out for Tara’s mom to see those fountains and not join in so they ended the afternoon running through the water and getting soaked! It made for some really fun images! I can imagine Tara framing the picture of her and her mom laughing in the fountains so she can bring it to college with her and brag about what a fun mom she has. Thanks for a great session Tara (and Julie!)

Senior Session in the Park

Nolan is graduating from high school! Dad has photographed senior sessions for Nolan’s two older brothers (link to Evan’s here) and he was excited to hear from the family again and get more awesome pictures for them. The location Nolan picked fit his personality perfectly. He and his friends hung out at the park so he had memories there, and dad was really impressed that Nolan could recognize some of the fish in the river just from the shadows under the water! He is following his dream and going to college to pursue what he loves. We wish him lots of luck!

Joanna and John’s Twins are Baptized at St. Nicholas Cathedral

Dad photographed a newborn session for Joanna and John’s twin boys and they were adorable. He was so happy to be there as they were baptized at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church with a celebration afterward at Spartan Manor. Chuck from Hearts Video was also there to capture the day. Dad loved the baptism ceremony! He said it was filled with tradition and history yet the church kept the rituals open to everyone so that the family could walk around and be part of it as well. At the dinner after the ceremony there were pictures of the boys from their newborn session as the table numbers. There were lots of toys for the kids on the tables too. It was such a special day for the boys and their family! Συγχαρητήρια!

Session at Fort Desoto: Nichole is Back in the Dress

Nichole and Rizal have to hurry and start trying for babies because dad is going to miss them if they don’t have a reason to have another session soon! Dad has photographed their engagement session, Nichole’s gorgeous bridal portraits, and their beach wedding. He met them at Fort Desoto last week for their Back in the Dress session. These are sometimes called Trash the Dress sessions but out of them that dad has photographed the only session that actual trashed their dress so that it couldn’t be later cleaned and preserved was from a paintball session!

The newlyweds brought their two dogs with them for some pictures. We are animal lovers and it was fun for dad to get some pictures of their dogs playing at the beach too. The session ended with the couple splashing around in the water having fun and enjoying their time together. Those pictures are some of mom’s favorites because their smiles really show what newlywed bliss looks like. We hope they have those same genuine happy smiles for each other throughout their marriage!

We loved sharing in Nichole and Rizal’s memories. They are a terrific couple and dad enjoyed all the time he spent with them. Nichole and Rizal, we will be waiting patiently to photograph the maternity session!

Session in Downtown Tampa: Jessica’s Headshots

Jessica is about to start on a new professional endeavor and dad met with her in Downtown Tampa for a session to get some headshots for her. Mom loved the outfit she chose! The ruffly pink blouse was really cute. Jessica looked so pretty! We wish her lots of luck in her new opportunities!
