Wedding at the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club: Kara and Mark

Dad photographed Kara and Mark’s engagement session last summer and this month their wedding finally arrived.  Their wedding was at the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club and the couple put together a gorgeous day! The wedding colors were pink and black and the decor included lots of crystal and glass accents which caught the candle light of the reception beautifully.   The team of vendors who helped put the day together included Four Seasons Florals and Events (813-868-3737) for the florals, candles, and some of the reception stationary, Kate Ryan Linens for the table linens and chair bows, A1 Foliage for plant islands with uplighting, and PKS Rentals for the chairs and the pretty chargers at each setting.  Kara and Mark had The Headliners at the reception for live music and they were great.  Often at weddings it is the bride who is on the dance floor all night but dad said Mark rocked the reception!  He had a blast and really enjoyed his night.  Dad said that is always so much fun to see.

Congratulations Kara and Mark!  Have a wonderful time in Europe!

Claudia and Giancarlo’s Engagement Session

Claudia and Giancarlo are getting married in less than a month!  They met with dad for their engagement session last week.  It was a beautiful afternoon by the water and they had fun walking around together enjoying time as a couple.  Their wedding day will be here so soon and dad can’t wait to see all the details come together.  See you soon Claudia and Giancarlo!

Wedding in Naples, Florida: Melissa and Walt

Melissa and Walt were married in a romantic and intimate ceremony in Naples, Florida.  Melissa was an absolutely gorgeous bride!  Mom loved her gown and it looked perfect for Melissa.  Their closest friends and family watched with emotion as Melissa and Walt began their lives together as husband and wife.  Dad really enjoyed being able to be there for their wedding day as well.  They are a wonderful couple and terrific people.

The couple had Floral Encores for their wedding flowers.  Paige of the Hilton Naples helped coordinate the couple’s day and the ceremony which was near the beach.

Congratulations Melissa and Walt!  Dad was honored to be part of your wedding.  We wish you a lifetime of happiness together!

Wedding at the Pasadena Community Church and the Grand Plaza: Milli and Pablo

Dad joined Milli and Pablo for their wedding at the Pasadena Community Church and their reception at the beautiful Grand Plaza Beach Resort.  The couple had Delma’s, The Flower Booth as their florist, the always wonderful Rob Sword of Sword Sounds as their DJ, and a wedding cake from Queens of Cake.  The wedding had a beach theme with bridesmaids in blue and pretty coral and seahorses decorating the reception.  Sunset that evening was beautiful!  Dad brought Milli and Pablo out to the beach for pictures at sunset and it was sweet to see them hold hands and kiss as the sun went down on such an amazing day for the two of them.  Congratulations Milli and Pablo!  We hope you had a terrific time on your honeymoon!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Nichole and Rizal

Dad was so happy to share in Nichole and Rizal’s wedding day!  He had spent time with the couple at their engagement session and saw Nichole again for her gorgeous bridal portrait session.  They are a terrific couple and dad had been looking forward to their big day at the amazing Grand Plaza Beach Resort.  Nichole chose big tropical flowers for her floral arrangements to go with the beach wedding theme.  Marsha Marie Flowers was the florist.  The DJ at the reception was from Expert Productions and Publix made the couple’s wedding cake.  The beach theme was seen not only in the flowers but also in the wedding colors.  The bridesmaids wore blue and the reception was decorated in blue and tan like the ocean and sand.  There were lots of big starfish decorating the ceremony and the reception as well.  Mom loved the engraving in the wedding ring.  It was “My Squishie” from the movie Finding Nemo.  Cute!

Nichole and Rizal had a first sight before the ceremony and did some bride and groom and wedding party pictures then.  That gave them time after the ceremony to do all their family pictures as well as some additional fun wedding party pictures and bride and groom pictures on the beach.  At the end of the night Nichole and Rizal went out with dad for a few minutes at night as well for pictures on the nearby streets.  Dad loved that they gave him time throughout the day for a variety of bride and groom pictures.  He had such a great time with them!

Congratulations Nichole and Rizal!  Dad is excited to see you both again for your next session!
