The Knot Best of Weddings 2011 Pick and WeddingWire Bride’s Choice Award 2011!

We are excited to announce that we have been rated by local brides and voted the Knot Best of Weddings 2011 pick! It is such an honor to have been voted for the Knot Best of Weddings for three years in a row now!

And we also received the WeddingWire Bride’s Choice Award for 2011! It is our second year being recognized for being in the top 5% of local wedding professionals demonstrating quality and service excellence from the WeddingWire Network!

Kristen’s Son Smashes His Cake

Dad first met Kristen when he photographed her maternity session and he was able to meet her son when he was just a few weeks old for his newborn session. They are such a generous family and they donated so much food for the hungry that they were one of the winners for our fall session canned food drive auction. Time goes by so fast when babies are small and Kristen brought her little boy over last week for his one year session! He showed off some dance moves and played with bubbles and smashed up his cake. We are so happy we have met this terrific family! They have such good hearts and are so kind and lots of fun to be around! Happy 1st Birthday!

Kathleen and Jay’s Engagement Session in Downtown Tampa

Dad loved hanging out with Kathleen and Jay for their engagement session! They are such fun people to be around. They smiled and laughed and goofed around as they walked through downtown Tampa taking pictures. Dad is so excited for their wedding in March. It is going to be a blast!

Grand Plaza Wedding: Allison and Seán

As soon as dad saw the Star Wars groom’s cake at Allison and Seán’s wedding he knew they were his kind of people. They were married on the beach at the Grand Plaza with the reception in the Presidential Ballroom. The wedding colors were shades of purples and blues and Marsha Marie Florals created the floral arrangements in these colors. The DJ at the reception was from Expert Productions and Cakes by Carolynn made the wedding cake. The wedding day was filled with tons of laughter and fun, the friendships of the guests who came to celebrate the day, and of course the special moments Allison and Seán shared on the day that began their married life together. The bride and groom are amazing people and fit perfectly together. It was a wonderful wedding and dad loved being a part of it. Congratulations Allison and Seán! We hope Hawaii was a blast!

Wedding at Sacred Heart Church and the Straz Center: Kaitlin and Brian

Katie and Brian had their engagement session with dad back in May and with how much they laughed together then dad knew their wedding day was going to be a blast. They were married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and had their reception at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. From silly posing with matching sunglasses to chugging 5 hour energy drinks, the couple and their wedding party had lots of fun. Katie and Brian, we hope all the joy and happiness of your wedding day lasts throughout your lives together. Congratulations!
