Michele and Nathan won the contest we had on our Facebook page and the prize was a free session with disk. They are getting married next November and used the session for their engagement images. It was a great engagement session, just like any other. There was beautiful sunlight that evening and the session was filled with happy smiles and romantic kisses. Everyone was enjoying a laid back, uneventful engagement session.

As it got closer to sunset, Michele and Nathan started noticing some strange people. They didn’t think much about it and continued on with their session. They walked right past an adorable baby and though they thought they might have noticed something odd about the baby, they walked past to the next spot where dad was setting up for more pictures.

But soon they couldn’t ignore the strange people behind them. They turned and looked and saw that these weren’t people at all! They may have been human at one time, but now they were the living dead. It was a zombie invasion! Dad wanted to be sure to document these last moments of humanity as Michele and Nathan began to run to escape the quickly approaching zombies!

Michele and Nathan love all things horror and Halloween and they knew that one day a zombie invasion just might occur. You always have to be prepared because you never know when the people who would have one day been your bridesmaids and groomsmen, even your own son, become zombies and try to eat you! They ran to their car where they had a variety of zombie killing equipment. Shovels, guns, rifles, you name it! Michele quickly grabbed a shovel and fought off the zombie right behind them (NO photoshop effect for this image! That’s all real motion blur from his head swinging to the side and liquid spewing out of his mouth!)
DISCLAIMER: None of the guns used were real!!!

Of course you can’t just hit a zombie with a shovel. Everyone knows that the only sure way to stop a zombie is a bullet to the brain.

Even the best zombie fighters need a refresher course on the best way to fight off an attack. With their trusty Zombie Survival Guide in hand, the couple read even as their guns were aimed and ready to shoot!

It looked like they would be overtaken. Zombies were everywhere! Working wonderfully together as a team, the engaged couple fought zombie after zombie, even pulling out a machete when their gun was lost.

Love conquers all and Michele and Nathan were victorious! They survived the attack and saved dad too! How could they not with how badass they are?!

What started out as a normal engagement session turned into the beginning of the zombie apocalypse! If Michele and Nathan weren’t prepared we’d all be overtaken by now. Thank you for saving all of us Michele and Nathan! We hope these images of the invasion serve as a warning to everyone…always be prepared.
