Wedding at the Bilmar Beach Resort: Rachael and Marcus

Rachael and Marcus were married at the Bilmar Beach Resort.  The couple came from Missouri to celebrate their day with friends and family and enjoy a beautiful Florida summer day at the beach.  There is no place better for that than a Florida beach!  The wedding had lots of bright colors to set a fun mood and sunset that night cooperated perfectly with that.  Publix made the wedding cake and hair and makeup, flowers, and music were done by guests of the couple.  The bride, groom, and wedding party ended the day with a big splash into the pool!  Congratulations Rachael and Marcus, and thanks for having dad there on your special day!

Silly Faces With a Four Month Old

Dad photographed Marina’s maternity session in March and has been waiting to meet the new baby!  Marina and Joe brought their son over a couple weeks ago for a four month session.  Dad got a kick out of seeing him sticking his tongue out for lots of pictures. Dad usually does the same thing:).  We are so happy to be able to photograph this growing family.  Congratulations on your new blessing Marina and Joe!

Wedding at St. Leo Abbey and The Lange Farm: Paige and Eric

Dad had a wonderful time at Paige and Eric’s wedding.  The ceremony was at Saint Leo Abbey.  The couple decided on a first sight before the ceremony which gave them lots of time for bride and groom pictures and bridal party pictures.  Dad always loves having extra time for pictures with the couple, and brides and grooms always love having more pictures with more variety after the wedding day!  The reception was held at The Lange Farm which is one of dad’s most favorite venues.  Michelle just rocks and there are lots of beautiful places for pictures there.

Paige had the talented and sweet Darla Stafford with her that morning for hair and makeup.  Paige was a gorgeous bride and mom loved the lace and ribbon on her gown.  The flowers were by Fishhawk Florist and matched the wedding colors of white and dark blue.  At the reception, dinner was from Catered by Vesh, the guests danced to music from a Grant Hemond DJ, and the pretty butterfly cake was made by Cakes by Design.  There were other butterfly details at the reception as well, such as the blue butterflies on the table markers.  Butterflies are becoming more and more popular as a wedding theme!

Thanks to Paige and Eric for having dad share your beautiful day with you and your friends and family.  We wish you lots of love and happiness!

Melody and Brendan’s Growing Family

Melody and Brendan just welcomed another son into their growing family.  Their two boys are spaced out almost the same as we are!  Mom says that means she wishes Melody and Brendan lots of luck.  Dad first photographed this family for their first son’s newborn session.  He was a tiny baby then:

But he is getting to be such a big boy now!

His little brother was just six days old when Melody and Brendan brought him over for his session.  Thank you for having us as part of your family’s special moments!  We are thrilled to be a part of your lives.

Sitting Up Pretty in her Pink Chair

Dad headed over Susan’s house to photograph her daughter’s 6 month session.  They played around with some yummy beads, a yummy place mat, yummy fingers and thumbs…dad said it was cute watching her taste test everything around her!  After exploring around the house a bit, they went outside for pictures in her pink little chair where she looked like a princess in a throne.  Then more pictures outside with all her stuffed animals.  It was an adorable session!
