Wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate: Erin and Robert

It had been a year since dad had seen Erin and Robert for their engagement session in Sarasota.  He was happy to join them again on their wedding day two weeks ago!  They were married at the historic Powel Crosley Estate on the Sarasota Bay.  Kathy from Simply Gourmet Caterers acted as the couple’s day of coordinator and of course they provided the yummy food as well.  Erin was a beautiful bride!  She had Linda from A Victorian Bride there to do makeup and her bouquet and other flowers were from Flowers by Fudgie.  At the reception, Rob Sword of Sword Sounds was the DJ and was terrific to work with as usual.  The wedding cake was made by Troyer’s Dutch Heritage.

Erin and Robert were so happy and did not stop smiling all day.  We know that happiness will only grow as they build their life together as husband and wife.  Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs.!

Wedding at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort: Amy and Paul

Amy and Paul’s beach wedding at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort was lots of fun!  From the bride’s Steve Madden jelly shoes to the groom’s surf board to the impromptu game of musical chairs at the reception to the skateboarders during the bride and groom pictures, it was a blast!  Irene of For Better For Less was the florist, Doug Decker from Grant Hemond kept the crowd going as the DJ, and Chantilly Cakes made the wedding cake.  It was an awesome day for an awesome couple!  Dad says he wants Paul to send a picture of his office once he hangs the Pennywise surf board in it.  He saw it and bought it on his wedding day!  Mom thinks they should have gone out in the water and surfed with it.  They could have dried off with their cute personalized wedding towels!  Congratulations Amy and Paul!

Wedding at the TradeWinds: Stacy and Rocky

Stacy and Rocky had their wedding on St. Pete Beach at the TradeWinds Resorts.  Their wonderful team of vendors included Cari of Kyle Lynn Cosmetics for hair and makeup, Publix for the beautiful flowers and the cake (events0754@publix.com), Reverend Tom Greene as the officiant (727-403-6308), and Doug Decker of Grant Hemond as the DJ.  The wedding colors were bright pink and orange and mom really liked how they looked on the couple’s shimmery stationary.  They say rain is good luck on your wedding day and Stacy and Rocky were lucky that the rain did not start until after the ceremony and that the staff at the TradeWinds was able to move everything from the South Lawn to a ballroom inside quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to Stacy and Rocky for having dad share in your wedding day celebration!  You have a terrific family and we wish you lots of happiness!

Wedding at the Rusty Pelican: Lisa and Adam

Lisa and Adam had an engagement session which was both fun and beautiful, so it was no surprise that their wedding was the same.  They were married at The Rusty Pelican in Tampa.  Lisa wore bright blue shoes with a blue crinoline which looked awesome!  The pink and blue wedding colors came together in the flowers, the attire, and the cake.  Dad had a terrific time celebrating with Lisa and Adam and some of their amazing guests (hi Nicole and Mike!)  Thanks for including dad in your wedding day!

Wedding at the Grand Plaza: Nanette and Jeffrey

Jason photographed Nanette and Jeff’s engagement session and was happy to see them again for their wedding at the beautiful Grand Plaza.  It was a great day for a beach wedding!  Family and friends gathered to see the couple exchange vows by the water and then everyone enjoyed a gorgeous sunset that evening.  Nanette had her hair done by London Hair, Marsha Marie was the couple’s florist, Josh Lorenzo of Expert Productions was the DJ at the reception, and Le Cheesecake made the wedding cake.  Dad liked seeing that Nanette and Jeff used their engagement pictures for different reception details like the signature frame and the card box.

Congratulations Nanette and Jeff!  Best wishes for much happiness in your lives together.

Mom’s favorite part of this picture is that everyone seems to be very excited about looking out the window except for the one guy  sitting on the couch watching the television.
