When you get six kids 5 years old and under together, it is sure to keep you on your toes!  Jason met this wonderful family at Anna Maria Island for a session.  We were happy to have avoided the storm that was in the area!  One thing we’ve learned from our own kids is that it is almost impossible to convince them into something they are not in the mood for so you have to be flexible.  When the kids weren’t too interested in posing for pictures, it was great that everyone let them splash and play instead!  Those moments are what memories are made of.  I could have made a whole gallery of the hilarious outtakes from this session, but here are some of my favorite fun pictures instead :).

Amanda and Lance had a beautiful engagement session and we knew their wedding day would be fantastic!  They were married at NOVA 535 which is such a fun, unique wedding venue.  Jason loves going there!  Amanda had her hair and makeup done by Colours by Linny.  The Potting Shed did the bouquets and boutonnieres and John Bayless, a family friend, put together the rest of the floral arrangements.  The flowers were perfect for the look of the day!  Pane Rustica was the caterer and The Artistic Whisk made a textured buttercream cake that had flowers cascading down both sides.  DJ Jaey Pereira was the DJ at the reception.  Amanda’s dad was the officiant for the ceremony which made it even more special.

I love the bright blue, yellow, and gray that Amanda and Lance used for their wedding colors!  The look was elegant yet bold at the same time.  Jason was so happy that the bride and groom gave him lots of time for pictures!  They had a First Look before the ceremony and did bride and groom and wedding party pictures in a few different locations.  It was awesome to have that variety!  After the ceremony they did family pictures and a few more bride and groom pictures, and then towards the end of the night Jason took the bride and groom outside again for fun sparkler pictures.  Thanks to Amanda and Lance for making time for pictures a priority in your timeline!

As favors, guests were each given a succulent plant.  The reception looked amazing with tall yellow, white, and green floral arrangements as centerpieces on yellow and white chevron table runners with the little potted succulents and gray linen napkins at each place setting.  The wonderful day ended with a sparkler send off and the newlyweds leaving in a horse drawn carriage.  We wish them a lifetime of love and happiness!

Jason photographed Lily and Chris’s engagement session and was excited to join them again on their wedding day at the Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort and Golf Club.  The couple’s wedding team included Wonderland Floral Art and Gift Loft for floral arrangements, Pastor Dean Ryder who was the officiant, and DJ Curtis of Inpulse Entertainment Services.  Thanks also to Kori Alison Rankin who was there helping out Jason as well!

The wedding had an elegant navy and gold theme.  Lily wore a gorgeous Romona Keveza gown and the bridesmaids were all in glittery gold gowns (loved those!)  Chris and his groomsmen looked debonair in their tuxes.  The beautiful place settings, chiavari chairs, and flowers made the reception room look amazing!

Congratulations to the newlyweds on their wedding and marriage!  We hope the honeymoon in Spain and Portugal was a blast!

Jason had a great time with Tina and Patrick during their engagement session!  They are a wonderful couple and lots of fun to be around.  They started their engagement session at the Tampa Firefighters Museum since Patrick is a firefighter.  Tina is a nurse so they are both in giving, honorable professions.  Thanks to both of them for their service to our community!

After the museum, they finished the evening with pictures at Curtis Hixon.  Jason said you could tell how in love Tina and Patrick are just by spending a little bit of time with them.  They had a blast being with each other and never seemed to stop smiling.  Here are some of the images from their session to enjoy!
