Dana and David had a beautiful wedding at the Pasadena Yacht and Country Club!  Their team of vendors included Karen’s Florist of Gulfport, Cakes by Carolynn, and DJLV Productions.

Dana started her day getting ready at Alden Suites with Kelley Neel helping her with hair and makeup.  Dana and her girls then headed to the venue for the outdoor ceremony.  Pillars with gorgeous floral arrangements marked the start of the aisle, and the bride and groom were married by a tall column archway.  The reception details included more beautiful floral centerpieces, and bride and groom heart cookies were at each place setting for guests to enjoy.  There were also flip flops for guests to change into for the dance floor, and the comfortable shoe option must have worked because everyone had a great time dancing and celebrating!

Thanks to Dana and David for having us as part of your wedding day.  Everything looked terrific and Jason was happy to be there for such a special day for your family!  Congratulations newlyweds!

Jason met Stacey and her two kids for a Christmas session.  It was a nice morning to be at the park!  Big brother and little sister were great at the session!  Jason enjoyed meeting their family.  Thanks to Stacey for having Jason photograph your beautiful kids!

  • O'Connor Law - Those are some great photos. It’s the season.

Carolyn and Tim brought their twin 8 month old girls over for some Christmas pictures and family pictures.  Their daughters were adorable and they had fun eating ornaments and playing with tinsel.  Christmas pajama pictures are always so cute in pictures!  Grandma and grandpa joined in for a few pictures too.  Jason enjoyed meeting everyone!  Thanks Carolyn and Tim!

Barby and Justin’s engagement session was awesome!  They spray painted an original art piece, looked at wedding themed comics, and read some classic literature.  Jason was looking forward to seeing how they made their wedding day their own and he was not disappointed!  From comic character shoes and undershirts, to bouquets made from book pages, Barby and Justin’s wedding was gorgeous and so much fun!  Their art and design company, BraveArt.org, did such a great job.

The bride and groom were married at the Tampa Theatre which was beautiful and unique, and fit Barby and Justin’s day perfectly!  Their ceremony was on the stage and the programs were on popcorn boxes so guests could enjoy fresh popcorn as they watched the ceremony from the theatre seats.  A slideshow welcomed everyone to the wedding and included pictures from the engagement session.  Then the processional began to the Dave Matthews Band song, “Lover Lay Down” and then Barby walked down the aisle with her dad to the song “Perfect” by Doria Roberts.  It was sung by the groom’s sister, Emily Drew, who is a musician.  The officiant, Kelly, was a family friend.  At the end of the ceremony, the newlyweds began their first dance on the stage to the Red Hot Chili Peppers song, “Hard to Concentrate.”  The lyrics are so fitting for a wedding: “All I want is for you to be happy; And take this moment to make you my family; And finally you have found something perfect … Do you want me to show up for duty; And serve this woman and honor her beauty?; And finally you have found something perfect; And finally you have found yourself with me.  Will you agree to take this man into your world; And now we are as one.

After the ceremony and the first dance, Jason photographed the families and then took some fun pictures of Barby, Justin, and their wedding party in the theatre.  He had a terrific time with everyone and loved being part of such a special day.  Thanks for including us in your wedding Barby and Justin!

Jason met Lily and Chris in St. Pete for an evening engagement session.  They were a wonderful couple and Jason enjoyed hanging out with them and getting to know them.  Lily and Chris’s wedding is in the spring and Jason can’t wait to be part of it!  They have terrific ideas for their wedding so it is sure to be a gorgeous and fun day!
